Is the mechanical fuel pump on the 6.9 capable of sucking through a dual filter setup?
The fuel system I had designed for my IDI build plans to use a dual-stage remote mounted filter housing on the frame rail, holding a primary and secondary filter/water separator, bypassing the stock filter/separator between the mechanical pump and injection pump with a hard line.
