Turns out it was the CPS. It was cutting out the idle circuit when ever I would start decreasing in speed or come to a stop. I picked a new one up at the local International truck shop for about 100 less then ford wants. Runs like a champ now.- CJ7 Hauler

Ok 99 F250 PSD 4wd 6 spd. out of nowhere usually in 4th or 5th gear will start bucking like mad. If I push the clutch in it will die and take forever to start back up.
