Crank no start
My 2005 6.0 has a delete kit that was on it when I bought it used. The guy who had it says the computer had to be reprogrammed by Ford to keep the computer from complaining. For some of the best troubleshooting tips you should check out Diesel Tech Ron on Youtube. There are multiple things that could cause a no start condition. One of which is the FICM voltage which I didn't see you mention. Ron goes through the steps on how to test it.- Willis Ponds

I forgot to mention, the external temp sensor on my '05 is also off and I mean WAY off sometimes. I'm sure that makes a difference to something in the computer but it doesn't control the water flow. The thermostat is all mechanical. I'm not sure but I suppose it could control the fan clutch as...- Willis Ponds

I had one of your problems on my 2005 f-250. The slow warm up. I ended up changing out the coolant thermostat and that fixed it. Apparently it was stuck open. The engine ran a lot better after that to because the temperature was regulated better. As for your other problems I have had similar...- Willis Ponds
