    Not trying to be a pain but I don't believe that you read my posts. I am going to try a 7.3 powerstroke with a 7.3 psd flywheel and clutch and a t19 and the friction plate from the 6.9.

    I ran it with the bad head gasket for 4k miles and the block and head had some erosion and the intake valve seat for cylinder 5 was pretty messed up. So I am switching to a 7.3 psd instead of the headstuds and turbo plan.

    Well that is perfect because I have a pressure plate and flywheel for the 7.3 but the clutch disk springs fell apart. Thanks for the info

    I checked the hard lines and they are all the same. I tried switching the rockers and no change. I will check compression when I get home tonight. I've been working on it in a parking lot all week.

    I will change out the injector and hard line tomorrow as well as the CDR and the exhaust valve and try it again. I do feel like it is probably a lifter or the cam is messed up.

    I took it for another drive and it tops out at 80 MPH on 38" swampers so it's definitely a 6.0l 7 cylinder now

    I would have suspected the CDR if the air filter didn't make such a huge difference in the noise. I guess I will just run it and if it goes I'll park it until I buy another engine. Thank you for all the help everyone.

    The air leaking sound is comming from the intake and the exhaust is chugging I believe because the engine is missing. I am in the middle of building a new garage pulling the head will have to wait until the summer.
