116 in vs 123 in positive battery cables
Difference is in body styles, whatever rock Rock Auto shows for an 87 is what you use for 87-91, that's what's on mine.- Fordtruckfan89

front crank oil seal sleeve doesn't fit
I think I know what you are talking about, I just picked up a skf speedi sleeve for that reason, the thick one I guess is for a different engine.- Fordtruckfan89

Fuel tank selector valve.

Which heater core?
Do what you want, gm and dodge had vehicles with FACTORY heater core ground straps. I honestly don't even think mine was electrolysis, but different coolant accidentally mixed together causing issues. I'm still tracing down a tiny but damn near impossible to find coolant leak.- Fordtruckfan89

Which heater core?
Grounding the core won't hurt anything, rock auto has the factory ford brass core, either hc-1 or hc-3. Don't run anything but distilled water, sca additive and green conventional coolant. I went through 3 cores before I learned this. Add ground straps from cab to frame, heater core to firewall...- Fordtruckfan89

Brass heater cores as well as aluminum motorcraft cores are available from rock auto still. Diesel used brass till 87, gas did later on. HC-3 is the part # for the brass one, it's around $77. Air Cleaner Housing/Intake Hat O-ring part number
The Air Cleaner to intake manifold O-ring on my 89 IDI f250 is cracked and will not stay in the groove or channel on the air cleaner when its taken off.
