Vac pump delete ideas
Since Ive done the hydroboost conversion the idea has been sparked to delete the vac pump. Ideas? Still need to run the heater controls though. I have thought of adding the little electric pump from a newer truck. I dont have a 3g conversion so i dont want to draw to much on alternator. Thanx- brokeasajoke

Some hydroboost swap questions
Picked up a hydroboost system at junkyard today for $60 complete w/MC. One line twisted so I will have to get a new one. Also got rod to pedal and p/s pump cover with the return nipple. 1. banks gen 2 install (bout time)

head gasket time
Been losing coolant, white smoke for a good while after startup and bubbling in coolant tank i decided to pull the heads. Banks kit waiting on winter so fresh gaskets will be good anyway. coolant level problem
I cant seem to keep enough coolant in my radiator to cover the holes( flumes maybe) pushes it out to the over flow tank. Does not over heat at allways sits around 2-210 mostly. System will hold pressure for a couple of days at least after i shut it down. Done a 13lb leak test and it held...- brokeasajoke

banks turbo application interchange
Going to look at a banks kit tomorrow and dont know if it is for auto or manual tranny. I have a zf5 in mine. If it is for an auto will it still work ok? What are some things i should look for or xtras to grab? Thanks- brokeasajoke

glow plug thread pitch/size
Was pulling glow plugs and checking glow on each one and discovered the PO had not screwed one completely in for reasons unknown. hard start cold ip?
Will a worn ip cause hard start cold? Fast idle solenoid is missing from pump i assume. No plunger to increase throttle on side of pump. Replaced injectors, caps, lines, bad gps. Manual button on gps. 9+ volts on all gp connectors. Two 31 batteries. Fires instant when hot with no gp cycle time.- brokeasajoke
