Outlook Monitor Installation
thanks Scrappy.I found out the yellow wire goes to the fuse block,terminal #28.I will attach the red terminal to a ground and give it a try. ok,its a few hours later and it is working.- div7racer

I just got a Bully Dog Outlook Monitor for my 2005.The instructions it comes with are very poor,as they dont explain where to hook up some of the wires.Have any of you installed one of these on a truck,and if so could you tell me how you did it?I would like to hook it up today (sat) or...- div7racer

After I got my 2005,I put on a pyrometer and boost guage to get some baselines for future modifications.With some guidance from discussions on this board,I decided to put the probe pre turbo,even though it meant removing the exhaust manifold to be sure no debri from the installation process...- div7racer

Adding atf to diesel fuel

Towing in Overdrive?
Even in the tow/haul mode,my 2005 will go into od. If I accelerate or get to a hill it will shift back to 3rd.- div7racer

Real world fuel economy on 2500 05's automatics?
When i got my 05 dually,4.10 rear gear,auto,I got 12.8 mpg towing my 30 ft. race car trailer to Sonoma and 13.8 driving more sane on the way home,this with 1000 miles on the odometer,hand calculated.Freeway mileage to work was 19 mpg at 54 mph on cruise control as per the overhead consol.After...- div7racer

2005 exhaust upgrade
I have a 2005 that I bought new to primairly tow my racecar trailer with.So far it is more than I ever expected it to be.I have installed a K-N air filter system that my friends at K-N gave me,and it increased gas mileage by about 1.5 mpg w/o the trailer,and I will tow with it this comming...- div7racer
