    To the best of my knowledge Superchips only makes/made single bank chips. What color is it? Is the chip a rectagular shaped can? If so, it will not work on your brothers late 99 truck. PCM codes must match exactly to the code on a single bank chip.

    I know that some have done the EGR mod you may want to do a search on it and what people have done and the results of it. I do know that with the New SCT Xcal2 your programmer has the ability to disable the EGR code. Hope this helps.
