I really don't see why one would compare a 30 year plus design on a chev small block siamese with the new 6.7 Cummins. Its just like everyone thought the aluminum heads would fail on the Duramax because you are squeezing together two dis-simular metals, they simply don't fail. Technology has...- batfish

My take on this (siamese cyl.) it should be a non-issue. There should be sufficient cooling around the cylinders. I would imagine the material connecting the cylinders is still allowing enough of the water jacket space to get the cooling job done due to the cylinders being round. I could be...- batfish

too much smoke
The Bosch 370's spray pattern is not very efficent. They were designed for an entirely different motor (marine top-end) thus the smoke and possible EGT's. Truck runs for about 1 min after key off?
You can remove the shut-off solenoid and clean the rod etc real good to prevent it from sticking. The rubber boot gets shot and allows grime in there and the rod sticks. It should completely drop with the key off and pull up with you turn the key. Its a real simple device. It is strange why...- batfish

12V Cooling
Mike, I used the stock Ford radiator (86) in my conversion. Keeps it plenty cool pulling my 4-horse trailer over mountain passes in Summer temps. 94 Cummins big bomb
Thats a 160hp pump and they do good with bigger delivery valves. I put the 181's in mine. Fuel plate.... I got a #5 and I really like it but alot of people like the 10. Injectors.....
