    value of DTA 360 core

    I have a DTA 360 (93' 190HP). It has water in the oil. Haven't dug in yet to see if it is simple or if it needs liners and pistons. I have a 466 located to replace it. Neighbor is interested in the 360. What kind of value does a complete "rebuildable" motor have? Thanks,
