Truck's stumbling on cold start, thinking it might be a fuel pump issue.
This issue started about a month ago, where it would catch but take a few seconds of throttle to the floor to get up to normal fast idle speed on a cold start. Engine Running Cold
My engine was running colder than normal, but erratically. The temp gauge would move around more than normal ranging from the N to the hash mark by cold. 7.3 IDI Cranking but not catching.
I drove the truck Saturday and it started and drove just fine, filled up the diesel tank on the way home. Sunday I went to start it, I warmed the glow plugs until they began cycling, and I cranked it but it didn't catch at all. Gave it a couple cycles. Crank no start with ignition key, with ignition key on and jumping the starter relay truck starts
So my '91 is being a little funky. I resurrected an old thread looking for advice when I misdiagnosed the issue and will include that original post down below. Here is what is going on. Probably bad DMF?

Finally got around to testing, and then replacing the glow plugs.. 4 stuck.
I know this topic has been hit quite a few times in the past. I've pulled 4 plugs so far, the rest seem to be grinding pretty good as I spin them once screwed out but I can't move them up and down at all. Not sure if that is swollen plugs or carbon. The other 4 plugs seemed fine in that respect...- MJGenay

Banks Turbo Install - Turbo and Pressure Chamber Not Lining Up
I have a '91 F250 7.3 with a ZF5, I'm in the process of installing a Banks Wastegated Turbo Kit on it. I purchased the kit from Banks.
