    My dually has a stock 7.3 with NA pump. It is making 10 lbs without the fuel turned up, on a used factory turbo, and its night and day different than NA. It will stay like that till I do up the new engine.

    these rods are very tough, they are not going to stretch. They do bend when repeatedly boosted to 50 lbs. As witnessed when I rode in Justins bronco. Fun ride.

    Know the return hose will not work. You need to use truck air brake tubing and as said push it on there as far as possible and even put a worm type clamp on it will hold it on there but I like the crimp type. And then keep trimming it until it's just a little bit off the bottom sliced at an angle

    I advise people to do exactly this when they've just acquired a truck that has a bunch of hacked up wiring and add-ons. Put it back to stock and almost all of your problems will go away. Then you can properly add accessories.

    Use Stanadyne blue label, its designed for lubricating these pumps. WAY better than ATF.

    You should have went with the Valeo. its for NA or aftermarket turbo.

    Dont move the radiator, put the IC behind the bumper, works fine. If you have a 92 up use the PS bumper with vents, If not , get the vents and cut the bumper. Radiator HAS to have the pins or the weight of the core/coolant will crack the header plate. You can come look at mine anytime.
