    Good to know, when I got mine I had a ton of issues but they were wrong thermostat and a goober who rtv the bypass port. No issues since fixing that, but I’ve been nervous about installing the uprated turbo diesel. Still on the original brass radiator.

    I used an ho pump in a Chevy 6.2 build in the past and my understanding is the benefit is the pressure more so than flow, it gets more coolant flow to the back cylinders and helps with cavitation issues. It’s more about keeping coolant moving as you get away from the pump.

    I have used sem on a few restorations. As long as you use all the components, follow all the steps (sem soap with a scotchbright pad, vinyl cleaner or plastic cleaner, plastic adhesion promoter where needed) it works great and adheres well. You do have to get everything very clean.

    Another option for studs

    Would you see an issue with the length? I understand ARP is likely better, but in the current situation, you kind of take what you can get. Each end of the stud has a hair over an inch of thread, one end is the coarse block thread, the other looks to be a fine metric thread for the nuts.

    I'm impressed with mine, they look good, professionally packed, caps on all the threads, didn't see even the slightest blem or imperfection on any part. I reason if they are even 50% stronger than head bolts, I got what I needed.

    I just got my fan yesterday and the quality is pretty amazing, the blades are as thick as a nickel and it is made in USA. I have not installed it yet and it will likely be a while before I get to it, but I wouldn't hesitate if you need better cooling capacity.
