    Single shot injectors and WMO?

Only reason I changed injectors is because my ip was wore out long before I bought the truck. The wmo actually limped the wore out pump along and really helped it

    Single shot injectors and WMO?

I actually threw magnets in my processing tank. But once I cut the oil with gas it gets centrifuged over and over until I’m satisfied then it goes straight into the truck. If you look up my last posts I have injector pics of my idi and my ip everything was spotless. I’ve had zero issues in the...

    Air bag auto levelling

Why not use the leveling valve semi trailers use? Basically a manual valve that you can adjust with a turnbuckle. If it goes up it releases air down it adds air, all mechanical. You adjust the turnbuckle for the height you want it to maintain. I would pull all the leafs except the main and use...

    Single shot injectors and WMO?

The .890-.820 is what you need. I just cut with gasoline and mix thouroughly. Once the specific gravity is reached I centrifuge over and over until I stop pulling stuff out

    Single shot injectors and WMO?

Biggest thing is get a hydrometer. I ran 1000’s of gallons through my idi and ran into smoking issues with the powerstroke until I bought a hydrometer.

El cheapo centrifuge (Kiwi Redneck Style !!)

I would add a 1/2-1 inch lip around the top to keep some of the oil in the bowl longer before it spins out but great job!

    19.5’s on one ton

I was going to go with a 245/70 but it’s aost a 34 inch tire. The 225 is about a 32 so it’s much better gearing

    19.5’s on one ton

Thank you, I’m dying to get these 35’s off!

    19.5’s on one ton

Here’s what they look like in person. Two steers and two drives

    19.5’s on one ton

These are them, you can get them polished or black and 8x6.5 or 8x170 for the newer trucks

    19.5’s on one ton

I bought them from my local ire guy, they weren’t bad 175$ a wheel and they’re 19.5 on 8x170mm. But I believe he also carries them in the older 8x6.5. They are vision heavy hauler 81’s

    19.5’s on one ton

No on srw. It’ll basically give me the same stability and tire capacity as a 16in dually setup.

And thanks that’s what I like to hear! I have the zf6 as well and love it

    19.5’s on one ton

Thanks guys, yep I picked up a set of 225/70r19.5 yesterday. Figured I want as close to stock gearing as possible. I’ll be so happy to get rid of the 35’s! Picked up my balance beads and my vision heavy hauler wheels arrived yesterday so I’m excited

    19.5’s on one ton

anyone done it? I got my new wheels yesterday in 19.5, seeing if anyone recommends the 225/70 or 245/70? I’m leaning towards 225 for stock size and best gearing

    Robs wvo & wmo plans

This x10, I way over filter and absolutely will not run filtered wmo that hasn’t been through a centrifuge. In my idi it was way more forgiving. I would centrifuge for a day and run it at 85%oil to 15% gasoline. My powerstroke I had to by the hydrometer and double up centrifuges and really be on...

    Robs wvo & wmo plans

I would also recommend a hydrometer. I can send you the type I have so you can match viscositys. I did it for a long time without but it’s a must for the powerstroke. The idi burned everything

I’m sure you know but if you do Ana Rosina registration and bring it back over it’ll wipe the fees. Otherwise that’s an awesome looking truck.

    Towing temps

Your limits are spot on. When towing heavy I’d always see high coolant temps when really heavy. So don’t be afraid if it shoots up to 230, mine would get to about 235 and stay there up long climbs. If you see it start going past 235 just turn the heater on

    Any guesstimate on weight?

I understand the higher axle rating but realistically I’m not trying to load a ton of Pin weight
