    It doesnt matter hot or cold, the gauge right in front of me during cranking since i have to crank it over 5 revs and use glow plug to start it anyway.

I guess i will check to see if the vacuum hose to the booster has a pinhole in it but why would this only be a problem on cool mornings??     I put in 2 new controllers and 2 sets of glowplugs with the same problems. It clicks constantly for 10 seconds, wait light is only on for .5 seconds.     The glow plugs came from DieselRx, the rebuilt injectors came from a local injector shop that cleans and re orings used injectors. i only have to use the ether 1 time first time in the morning, the rest of the day it will start up without it, even after sitting for 6 hours.
