Make sure every piece of hardware is tight! A friend had similar weird sounds coming from his C6 years ago, turned out about half the bellhousing bolts were lose (forgot to tighten them after a motor swap) and be broke the housing.
Is it making noises when idling or driving?

Agree 100% with that - I've had to explain the difference between a blower and supercharger too many times to count! Not to mention, the parasitic drag on the antiquated GMC/DD design is horrific.

Because a lot of them are worn the hell out! I have to explain this to my yanqui friends, stuff doesn't rust in a lot of the country, but replacing every little thing due to wear gets tiring after a while.

I have no comment on this, but it's an option. Uses the Diamond Eye OBS PSD turbo-back kit on the factory IDI Turbo.
