    Check the oil supply tube to the top of the Turbo , just replaced mine recently,its not inside the intake but they do leak.

    My truck was very difficult to start when warm,but would start cold with glow plugs no problem. Replaced the starter Motor ,problem solved . Engine was cranking over so much quicker with the new Starter.

    You should not need to remove the Turbo for this . The one glow plug under the Turbo is a bitch but can been done without removing Turbo.Remove Air Filter box access from driver side .

    I have 390000 Km on mine, I will be upset if it goes to zero in 9999 Km. I was looking forward too watching it turn over 500000 Km. Wait and see,hope your wrong on this.On the upside if your right I am going to have a very low mileage Truck soon.

    Mine rusted out behind the tires. The Core Support rusted out as well, rest of the Truck is rust free. Fenders are cheap $ 125.00 a piece, the painting not so cheap.

    Maybe it didn't happen today,but was the last job I tackled , replaced two front fenders, Core Support & bushings, Radiator, Belt tensioner , oil cooler , turbo lube pipe, door hinge , head lights, and descaled/painted the oil pan.

    Looking at buying a 92 7.3 IDI how well will it tow?

    My 7.3 Turbo IDI, 4.10 rear end hauls a 9.5 ' Camper and 19' Boat , no where near as fast on the hills as the newer Trucks,but always get where I am going and home again.If your looking for a reliable truck you can fix yourself cheap .
