How much is my 94 f-350 drw 7.3 idi turbo worth?

Even the 2011 is old school at this point. Give both of them another ten years you will find less and less available electronic parts. I'm primarily talking about ADAS. https://www.synopsys.com/automotive/what-is-adas.html About every system on the newest rigs have computers for each system...

How much is my 94 f-350 drw 7.3 idi turbo worth?

That's why every vehicle I buy is older than the last one. I work on these newer rigs all day, I am amazed that people will buy them. I guess if you can't fix your own car people opt for the new stuff. It's all going to be a disaster once they start breaking down.

Maybe people are waking up. The new computerized garbage is just that, Garbage. I've been wondering how long it would take.

    Zf5 Grinding

Did you replace the dual mass flywheel with a solid flywheel? If so you may be hearing transmission noise because of a flywheel swap. The transmission will be louder with a solid flywheel.

    Synthetic oil as fuel?

I run my diesel's on a mix of 30% diesel fuel 70% synthetic oil and trans fluid. I have a good supply of waste motor oil and trans fluid. It does fine.

88 f250 saved from savage nature

If it's not releasing to turn a corner maybe the clutches are frozen from rust. My latest beater truck had a large amount of water in the rear differential and rusted things up pretty bad. Two drain and fills later it seems to be good to go. Perhaps you need to free up the clutches? Definitely...

    Tapped hole in ATS collector

Most if not all the suggestions are good, I would screw the plug in and braze it.

So what did you do with your truck today?

Bummer, That's no way to act. Looks a lot like what Biden's doing to America in pictures.

So what did you do with your truck today?

I'll have to try the vacuum thing the next time I fix a drain plug. I learn something new every day.

    Turbo Removal

The relay is easy to test. Two smaller terminals would get power and then ground the other and you should hear a click when the solenoid engages. At that point, you should have continuity through the two large terminals. I really don't have more in-depth instructions. On my IDI's I leave the...

    Turbo Removal

I personally would just bypass the controller and use a push button on the dash. I have done that on every diesel I own and it works well. The hot side controlled with the ignition switch and ground the other side with a push button to turn the relay on.

    Rabs light

I would suspect something went array during the bleeding process. Maybe the wire to the ABS sensor at the rear axle was stretched or stressed when the truck was lifted on the lift? There is a switch in the ABS valve that may need some kind of reset after bleeding?

    aluminum vs. copper radiators

I'm not that impressed with Mishimoto either. Unfortunately, it's getting hard to find a radiator shop to repair the brass copper.
