    I understand completely. I mentioned in an earlier post I had tried a cheap Chinese Radiator and the lower mounts were welded on wrong. I had to send it back. I have had good results with the cheap Chinese unit in my Jeep but everybody gets Lucky sometimes.

    OUCH. Did I happen to say ouch? I just checked them out on facebook. It looks like they do nice work I'm sure it's worth every penny. I would have a hard time going that much, but I'm frugal to a fault or should I say cheap.

    It is every bit as wide as the original even though it is a two row. What I have read on the aluminum radiators is they are more efficient than the copper and brass. In my experience as an auto mechanic, aluminum plastic outlasts a copper and brass radiator.

    The first place to go is the blower motor connector. Check for ground and power with the heat/air control turned on. if you have power and ground it's most likely the blower motor.     A good set of batteries should be able to have the reserve to take care of that issue. Test your batteries and see if they are good. If the batteries are good and the problem started with the alternator swap I would be suspicious of the alternator.

    Where are you getting your alternators from? If they come from O'reillys or Autozone I'd say they are good for a year or so. It's best to pay extra for a Motorcraft.
