The battery light should be on with the key on and the engine not running. Are you sure the wait to start light is involved?
Are the battery cables tight and corrosion free?
A faulty Radiator cap or a restriction in the tube that leads to the recovery bottle. It is not unusual to see an upper hose sucked into a vacuum after engine cool down if you are unable to pull the coolant out of the recovery bottle.
Facebook has a lot of downfalls but there are some upsides as well. I'm having trouble getting on your page. I'll try again later. I'm anxious to see it.
I don't know what he is talking about as far as an "HPOP" You don't have one. "HPOP" is on a Powerstroke. High Pressure Oil Pump is used to pressurize the motor oil to actuate the injectors.
All you have is a normal oil system for the engine. And your Injector pump.
That is why I was asking about the crankcase vent. I have most of what I need for my intercooler install but don't like the oil in the piping. When I intercooled my Powerstroke I just vented it through a 3/4 hose to the rear axle. I'm not impressed with that idea either.
My 93 F350 Dually and 94 F350 SRW will release the rear brakes

Seems to me heavier springs and a reground cam will exert different pressure and stress on the old retaining bolts. I would suggest all new bolts at a minimum. Then I would turn the engine over by hand and make sure rocker and valve operation appear normal. I would think there would be some...

There is always a trade-off with price versus quality. Some people don't fully realize that.
I've heard it referred to as the Walmart syndrome.
"When someone pays as little money possible for an item and expects the item to be of the highest quality"
Unfortunately, it causes...
It sounds like it has a lot going for it. Kind of hard to put a value on older vehicles. Make the asking price above what satisfies you. You can always go down.
