    You have to have all the GP's in and in good shape and if the ambient temp is 70 or above the GP relay will turn on and off for up to 2 minutes. Your controller is probably OK.

    That's just great :rotflmao Now when the connector catches on fire ya can't pull it apart. Better have a wrench handy to fit the battery cable terminals, and a fire extinguisher, preferably a CO2. Trucks have been known to burn down when that connector catches on fire.

    The black wire on the controller is only about 6" long, it shouldn't go into any loom, just straight to the bolt on the intake manifold on the pass side close to the firewall.
