    Locks now work! Bypassed the black wires and played match the colors. Don't have any crimp connectors handy so it's just heatshrunk for now (I'll be back in here soon, I know). The alarm remote won't lock / unlock anymore, but the door switches work again. Victory! Window still doesn't work...

    Better picture. The two pink wires are cut in the middle, and both connect to two identical black /white tracer wires, presumably to the alarm system. I can't tell which one goes where, i'm thinking I might just go color to color and bypass the black wires. Fck this alarm.

    I think the only way a bad IP can hurt your engine is if the RPM governor breaks and causes a runaway / over-RPM, but I've never heard of that happening on its own. I think the only way that happens is when someone opens up the actual IP without knowing what they're doing. Just keep running it...

    I usually average 12-13 mpg, mixed highway and town driving (unloaded, I don't have loaded #'s since it's never loaded). Best I've gotten was 17 mpg on a 500-mile road trip to Sacramento and back. The E4OD, 4.10's, and lead foot aren't helping me much here.
