Having a little experience in injection molding (machine shop side), you will go broke trying to offer color matched. The heat process changes the tint from liquid to solid—you might go through 50 prototypes to get a close match to one color. All those runs add up in cost. And then it may not...
New front winch bumper is still in planning phase. With the changes to the front frame horns with the RSK, nothing off the shelf will work without modification. Or I might build my own.

You have it set up right. It is a pusher pump, not a puller pump so you have it mounted in the right place. Should be less than a 10 foot push—well within capability of p4070.
What is the specs from the carter manual on unregulated flow? Guess it’s possible you got a bad pump, but I have...
Pre 92 frame is going to require welding. You can mount an RSK for a 92 up truck on a pre 92 frame. It just requires some work and custom bumper installation.

Actually the rims are HMMV, that have new pressed centers welded in to correct the factory 7” backspacing to a more useful 3.5” backspace.
