    Do you think you'll need an accumulator to keep from getting too much back pressure in the bypass line? If the pump is sucking all it can and you're looping the bypass back into the suction, it seems like it'll build up too much pressure in the bypass line. Is my line of thinking off?

    Are you able to turn down your pump so that you don't have to use the bypass? I have a PA Biodiesel 'fuge and can adjust my pump so that oil doesn't flow through the bypass and 100% of my oil has to pass through the fuge. If you can make the same adjustment, you'll save some $$$ over buying...

If it were mine, I'd keep adding it to each batch of oil you fuge until there's no more left...it seems like at least some of it should stay in the oil and be useable. Just like water and oil will always separate (unless emulsified), I think heavier/lighter oil behaves the same...
