    PVC Fuel return rails

Be sure to keep all your design files, you never know when they’ll come in handy one day. That much at least is your intellectual work and could useful or valuable to someone wanting to follow in your steps or to you when at some point in the future you have access to better materials.

    Shackle eye welded?

I don't think I'd cut it. That weld is there to keep the shackle from being hammered by your rear axle as you drive down a washboard road. This is the set I got for my rears a couple years ago. Even has the rear, rear spring busing as well...

    1983 Interior Question

In the recent posts today @Scotty4 posted this CL ad for a truck with similar seats but blue. https://seattle.craigslist.org/skc/cto/d/black-diamond-1985-f250-69l-diesel/7068964561.html

    1983 Interior Question

I don’t know if those seats came from ford in the early 80s, but it was common back then for dealers to take on all kinds of upgrades and add on features both on a per customer basis as well as creating their own limited editions. There used to be many aftermarket suppliers of custom seats and...

New to me 94 IDIT rescue.

Wes is probably going to recommend, and most will agree, ceramic coating for all the hot side components. There's several good header wraps on the market as well but the odd shapes make it difficult to turn out good product in my experience. You can get generic blankets for the turbine scroll...

New to me 94 IDIT rescue.

If you haven't gotten your seals yet a member here (Russ @typ4) has a turbo install kit that has all the correct seals to make everything dry again. They are on his website: https://russrepair.com/install-kit-factory-turbo/ If you're going to tackle a turbo rebuild while its out I recently...

    Diagnosing cruse control.

Maybe if there was some problem with the servo and someone was working on the system it and then gave up? If there is a servo problem, most of the late ‘90s ‘80s and early ‘90 ford trucks and maybe cars used the same servo. They just had different throttle cables attached. If your cable is...

    ATS 088 downpipe

Notice the link that attaches to the tab on the DP and connects to the manifold stud. That is what holds the DP in place, not the slip connection. The slip connection should be exactly that a slip into place arrangement. You will have to create the tab and link arrangement to hold it there if...

    ATS 088 downpipe

The obs powerstroke also has the turbo mounted in the center of the valley and it’s also not wastegated. The difference is the DP in the PS comes all the way up the back of the engine to meet the turbo at the top. The 088 has that long casting that hangs down the back and a slip joint...

    ATS 088 downpipe

Have you measured the diameter? Maybe it's a common size like 3" Then maybe you could take a powerstroke dp and cut off the upper 1/3 and make that fit.

    ZF-5 w/4x4 swap

Pretty sure the 4407 output has a flange instead of a slip yoke. You could get the flange adapter and get your driveshaft cut down.
