Extended cab side window trim
Our '91 had metal studs. The studs penetrate the holder that holds the glass and the glass holder is stuck to the body with a thick butyl rubber strip around the edge. ZF-5 w/4x4 swap
Since your truck is 2wd you may not have the bulbs in the dash to light up but there should be an extra connector or two down beside the trans that is for the xfer case hookup and should operate as described above.- aggiediesel01

Please don't add a "let's see if this doesn't blow" fuse to your glow plug system. You can get the fusible link wire from a number of sources but this seems to be the most commonly available packaging...- aggiediesel01

For the brick nose trucks one of the best things you can do for your GP system is to get those two wires out of that plug and replace them with a single heavy cable going directly to the GP relay from the hot post of the starter relay (where the yellow wires start now). Only 1 brake light and blowing blinker fuse
Do you have tilt column? This is a classic symptom of the wires or contacts going bad in the turn signal switch under your steering wheel. Your blinker relay could be failing as well but it would affect both front and rear if so. It's located in your under dash fuse panel. Look for the round...- aggiediesel01

My '97 is a CCSB I think it is called a 154"wb. It is a e4od and 4407 and has a 2 piece driveshaft. An ext cab long bed should be 155" wb, is yours an f350? Basically yes but I don't think you'll have to search for special u-joints. I don't know for sure which ones are on your truck but Denny's and others have the flanges for many different joints. You may not even have to cut your drive shaft...- aggiediesel01
