    Finally got somewhere. Ended up doing a smaller cut. Im about halfway done welding everything in place. All doors seeam to line up good all measuremnts in windshield are are good. Figure by next weekend shoild be close to completetion.

    The good news from all this is: it forced me to pull my dash and I can replace the floor/deforst vacuum motor because the arm broke off my old one, robbed the whole box from the donor cab. I will have floor heat finally!!

I have to remake the upper windshield mounting area because the donor was rusted out but thats not a big deal. Put in 3 hours last two nights and an hour before work...

    The pic with teh red door on is before we pulled straight on the A pillar again. THe gap is almost perfect along the door to a pillar area now. The roof is a bit popped out, figure woudl porbably best for all sealing surfaces and aesthetics to jsut replace the panel.

    Yes this pump is awesome. I am running my hvac off of it. has no troubles moving the vacuum motors even with no reservoir. Runs for maybe 2 seconds total.
