About 2 months ago I had mt E4OD rebuilt using the monster in a box kit by a local trans shop with a large cooler for 2400 bucks turn key.... I was quoted from another shop 3200 turn key.... there's a guy in pa who will ship u a HD E4OD rebuilt for 1400 and u can ship him back your old trans....
Thank u guys for the info... today my crossover pipe arrived very nice fit thank u russ.... I didn't know there was a after market flexible tube will look into that... there's a clear shot straight down behind the head to the short pipe thats in the trans im thinkn on my e150 same trans the tube...
Thanks for the info idibronco.... whats crazy is I can see a straight line to where the dip stick tube goes from up top between the down pipe and feed pipe so I might see if I can make a tube with a small bend .... this one I got has a huge bend in it and if I take out the lower tube that goes...
Hey all.... the turbo prodject is going well... I have the turbo and up pipe down pipe feed line and valve cover with the decompression valve installed... but having trouble fingerings out how the trans dip stick tube routes is it to the top or the bottom of the down pipe??... plus I have...
Thank u for the info.... this used kit i got came with the braided steel oil feed line and the 3 inch tube down pipe .... I do want the factory gauges to work as they were intended.... im going to relocate both items if I need to I will make a extention wire for the oil sender....
On the one I just bought has a slip joint on both the up an the down side.. seams to fit pretty tight... I now waiting on a crossover pipe I ordered yesturday from russ.... and a oring kit... going to redu the return lines while its apart as well... this ats kit doesn't say anything about...
Ok so update on my situation..... banks has dropped the ball and now saying they need yet another 4 weeks to get there stuff together so I have canceled the order... still need a turbo kit... im not on Facebook but have friends who r... anyone know of a kit for sale or where now to get one and...
Ok so it sounds like its isolated to the front tank... there's 2 orings in the connector to the switching valve might check and make sure they r ok.... from there I would inspect or replace the rubber line from the tank to switching valve... also might pull sender out and make sure there's no...
Sounds like a fuel delivery issue... I would put a clear fuel hose in a couple of places before the filter and then after the filter.. does it do this on one tank or both.... depending on where the air is getting in u will see it in the clear hose...
Anyone have a part number for the o rings that go on the injectors and the brass washer or nozzle??....
I have a little wetness around a couple of the sleeves on the injectors and from the top of the injection pump... not sure if its anything to worry about but thought I would look into it...
There's a company in PA called Conestoga Diesel Injection.... they do nothing but build and rebuild it pumps and injectors for these beast and this is what they say when it comes to how to determine if u need more or less fuel

Mine seams to be doing good... pre turbo... still waiting on banks... I see my egt gauge go from 300 to around 700 when I pull off from a stop and down hw at 60 its reading around 350... I have the probe in the pass side about 2 inches back from flange in the side of the manifold.... vacuum...

I just replaced mine .... when I bought the truck in September they guy told me the rear tank was disconnected from the valve... he didn't say why so I investigated and drained the tank cleaned and replaced the fsv got off amazon.... works perfectly been running off both tanks for about 2 weeks...
Thanks guys sounds like I'm on the right track.... after putting some thought into why a desiel don't make vacuum on its own I knew why I wanted a gauge for sure...

New gauges from glowshift so hopefully there telln me correct info...
I have not towed with it sence the gauges were I stalled I will be doing a test run soon...
I did tow it down the highway with out the jeep on the back and she did well I was able to...

Thank u all for the input... yes I forked out 3500 bucks and I told the ppl I got the banks from if something didn't happen soon as in me getting my order then I was going to cancel... im not on Facebook can I get a phone number or a email address website so I can contact this Russ guy directly...
