I’ll try my best and get all of it without the truck running I’m afraid with the way it ran last night she’s not starting agian

I tryed to atleast buzz test it but it won’t buzz test.they unplugged injectors with it running on both sides and it missed when each one was unplugged.smoke didn’t change either

That’s the plan. What’s got us so confused is why putting my ficm back on made it run worse then ever. Like wtf is goin on with this damn thing

I tryed to get the pressures but now my data link won’t connect idk what was goin on but at idle just like that my icp was like 23-25 and about 700 psi

I can tell y’all the more we mess with this thing the worse it gets.they unplugged every injector with it running earlier and the truck didn’t change anything.each one had a destinct miss when unplugged it was still blowin smoke and everything else. Swapped the ficm back to mine.now the truck...
Trucks an 04.5 icp is up front. Before we did all the work when the hot start issue occurred every once ina while it would stump but I figured it was from the leak.thats also why I replaced the ipr thinking maybe it had trash in it.it don’t stumble like it did before wide open like it would...
And it’s really not low on power even in the stock tune I pulled outta the shop the other day and layed to it and roasted both back tires off.

And on the temps that it does it at it doesn’t matter actually when it all started the truck was good and warm drivin around it does it cold or if it’s been ran awhile

Not sure I’ll have to ask them what they torqued um to.if they weren’t torqued enough wouldn’t the problem occure under a load and be constant instead of intermittent.like the problem is always there but when you start it it’s real bad then you can shut it right back off and restart it and it’ll...
I haven’t checked the Voltage at the icp but it’s worse with it unplugged then plugged in. And we tested it with the pressure we always do like 100+psi.ill try and get a video of it with the sct set up different the trucks at the point it barely runs now I’ve had to either it to get it to start...
No it will be today they were gone when I got it moved and it was about 25 degrees last night when I moved it so I didn’t feel like air testing it.ill letcha know as soon as it gets done today

I had to go get it started it wasn’t close enough to the shop the didn’t wanna ether it. But I’m pretty sure it’s the ficm you only hear the injector clatter for a few seconds and it’s realllll weak

I have been I can’t find nothin I’ve YouTubed it and everything else we’re gonna pressure test it then change the ficm if the pressure test is fine and if that don’t fix it we will try the bubble test.

Well the egr is deleted or looks like it anyway.it barely started today.and ya I took it to my buddy’s shop I help diagnose it or whatever and they do the work for me cause I don’t have much time to between workin in the woods and on equipment.but even the other mechanic in town is clueless...
There gonna start tearin into it tomorrow we didn’t get to do anything but start it so I could show um what it was doin but I went ahead and got a video of it driving so y’all could see how it acts driving.its acting like the injectors are hanging open and dumping fuel in.
