Throttle loss when engine is warm

You shouldn't be leaking fuel anywhere. If fuel is getting out, air is probably getting in.

Throttle loss when engine is warm

I'll bet your lift pump "lifted" some crap out of the tank. When it happened to me, the truck would "surge" ... like it was starving for fuel. But I can see how it could have caused the symptoms that you have described. After I cleared the lines, with compressed air, everything returned to...

    A/C change and update

Well crap. It's working well so I won't be changing it out ... unless it's going to be hard on my new system. I don't really understand the function of the orifice tube. Can you enlighten me? Thank you

The orifice tube that I used was blue ... parts jockey said that was the correct one?

    A/C change and update

I just put a Murray branded FULL system in my truck (Reilly's) with zero A/C experience. I did my interweb research and rented/borrowed all A/C specific tools from O'Reilly's. It took me all day ... after $100 rebate, I've got COLD air for about $560 including R134A.

Pulling the tanks now would be a great idea. Inspect the pick-up heads, or "shower heads" , check function / condition of senders, clean tanks out ...

new ip and injectors now wont start

Each injector LINE. To bleed air from the fuel system: Disconnect glow plug relay. Then I'd start with the schrader valve, on top of the fuel filter head. Make sure you have a steady stream of fuel (while cranking). Do not crank for more than 30 seconds at a time. ALLOW STARTER TO COOL...

    Correct AC orifice Tubes

My question was regarding the "fix" after the wrong tool has been used for the attempted removal. As far as I know, the only tool required for install is a finger.

    Correct AC orifice Tubes

    How'd you fix them?

    Correct AC orifice Tubes

On removing the orifice tube: When I tried to remove mine, with small needle nose pliers, the plastic "tab" on top broke. I tapped (knocked) a sharp probe into the interior of the tube and used the "flush tank", from O'Reilly's, to push air through the evaporator wile I worked the orifice tube...

Several IDI's for sale - can deliver

They are both available. The grey truck has been titled in my name, just lost it somehow. The F350 has never been titled in my name but I have the title and bill of sale from the po. Unfortunately the 7.3, that's in the grey truck, is cavitated. It does NOT run. Thank you, Kizer

    A/C sucks

There's vacuum switch/motor on top of the air box, under the hood, that closes off outside air. Mine failed and A/C wouldn't cool. I found that POS after I installed a new A/C system (that I needed because the compressor shelled) and it wouldn't get below 56* (90* @ 70% ambient) ... anyway, I...
