Broke on the side of the road after putting in new tank

So I replaced my rear tank two days ago and are now stranded. Not getting fuel got surges of power then dead. Push the Shrader valve on the fuel filter head and heard air come out. Been trying to bleed air but I got problems. Do see and leaks and don't know where I could be sucking air...

    Blown fuses.

So I've had this happen to me twice in two weeks. In the cab fuse box, fuses 7 and 13 have blown. I lose my turn signals and my ABS warning light in my cab starts to flash, the ABS has been disconnected since I bought the truck. The fuses have blown when I have put the brakes on hard and hit the...

Yes you are right, won't plug that. The other sensor I spotted dripping a little bit today, so I'll plug that.

Does anyone know the thread sizes of the two deleted sensors on either side of the fuel line? Plan on just capping them off.

    Glow plug time issue.

Yes GP harness is from Classic Diesel design. Great part, you just need to lightly crimp some of the leads for a tight fit.

    Glow plug time issue.

Finally got around to checking things out today. Found two GP leads loose, popped them back tight and started right up. Easy fix and knowledge gained. Next step manual GP switch.

1992 Ford F-350 7.3 IDI NA drives 1/2 mile then dies and has hard starts...

In all honesty I say just get rid of the front tank and run the rear. FSV valves suck, unless you build a manual one. Add a inline fuel filter as well.

    Mechanical fuel pump install

It can be a pain to get that arm under the cam. There is tension on the pump arm and you have to hold it in place while you get the bolts started. RTV the gasket on the pump before you put it on so it stays in place so you can worry about other things.

1992 Ford F-350 7.3 IDI NA drives 1/2 mile then dies and has hard starts...

I had this issue in the past. It was my front tank shower head. Got rid of the two tank system and did away with that BS selector valve. Running just the rear tank now, replaced the shower head with PSD showerhead.

    Manual glow plug switch.

So I want to wire in a manual glow plug switch. From what I gather all I have to do is disconnect the white wire on the GP controller, connect my two leads off my switch one ground one to where the white wire connected. Then disconnect the blue wire and done?

    Glow plug time issue.

I noticed in the past couple days my cold starts have changed. I turn my key the wait to start light comes on and after about 3-4 seconds it turns off and my amp meter starts to click. I am use to the amp meter clicking and getting a longer glow time, about 6-7 seconds and good starts. The truck...
