changed my clutch and flywheel and also tranny fluid transfer case fluid. Now every so often when shifting threw the gears and at lower speeds I can smell transmission fluid, maybe getting hot. What might be happening here.
I'm only getting noise when moving at low speeds. Something like 15 and Bellow when not giving throttle. Tommarow I'm going to check for clearance on the fly wheel and cover, don't think it's hitting but will check.
I was told when I went from dmf to SMF it would be a bit more noisey but I'm getting some grinding noise and it doesn't sound right to me. Is this just SMF noise or is something going wrong.
Just talked to Conestoga diesel they got the olives for a couple bucks. Also have the braided lines both for the turbo and IP but there 117$ each, if I had the cash I would love to go that route but that's life looks like I'm getting the olives.
I'm looking for the olive gaskets that go to my oil supply line for the turbo and fuel supply from my filter to pump. Called Ford and they said no longer available I know I can make them my self with fuel line but would like to know if I can get the original thing and where. Thanks for any...
I'll check that for pressure pretty sure it's dead. I'm putting on those valve covers right after the new clutch is in. At least I'll have some of that junk out of my way.
It a Garrett turbo factory from what I can tell. Just want to know if I can pull the canister and lines going to the condenser with no issue, haven't messed with much a/c.
