Your a brave man in my experience a burnt vehicle is never the same and that motor be careful if they used a powder fire extinguisher that powder is super abrasive and very fine and gets into everything and will eat a motor up pretty fast
I know a old farmer here in town that uses these on his old ford idis and some of his tractors and he swears by them when it's -35*f. That it helps them start without being plugged in pretty sure he uses a relay and momentary switch
I worked at a copper mine that wpuld steal from their own mother for buck but all the old and even newer transformers sat because of the pcbs they are pretty bad juju a old buddy of mine is a lineman and he is terrified of it
Gp harness they are known for issues of removed and are a cheap easy replacement and check you icp sensor also check your alt a low voltage can wreck a FICM in no time and they can be a little pricey
I want to see how this turbo works for this motor and I disagree these motors are dime a dozen. I have 5 and know where there are 10 more I can have for pretty much nothing maby it's just where I live
The phrase there are 100 ways to skin a cat apply here my plan of attack is get everything out of my way also jacking the cab helps a bunch I do it on all newer Ford's and dodges it takes 10 min to loosen all the cab bolts and Jack the front of the cab up a few inches ondodges it's better than...

Sorry for the delay the sprayer worked pretty good but had to change the oil 3 times and on the first 2 I used a flush oh and it plugged the oil filter in less than 15 min of idle time
So been doing a bit of research and apparently for what I paid $250 I can afford to put a new motor in it I'll have it in 6 weeks when I get my arm out of its sling
Oh it comes with a 3408 as a spare
So might have got a 84 f8000 dump truck with a 3208 cat so plan with it is ditch the garbage bin and put a flatbed onit and use it as as a work truck to haul hay and equipment my big question is how reliable are these motors when turboed and turned up also any idea how much that box weighs
Mine will do this once In a blue .moon I know its an injector hanging and I need to replace them but if I dose the fuel with atf it goes away for a few tanks
In my opinion thats way to high for that price I can buy a powerstroke but if you are set on an idi I would keep looking patience is key when looking for specific rigs
