Go with the Carroll County Bro Country look. You know, some 24" Moto Metal with 14" wide Toyo Open Country. Get AZ ball joints with lifetime warranty so you can replace them every 60 days. LOL

    Need AC advice

Member here recommended Yellow Rose Distributors in Fort Worth for compressors a while back....FWIW

    Trans too hot?

A lot depends on where you are pulling the temp from also. Is your gauge mounted in the test port?

    What all to include

I always just gave them the basic facts. I don't think they track any of that on their side. They more or less come back and say your results are ...

    Making some modifications..

Brian, make sure you have a grommet under the bolt on the banks lid. If your cowl seal is not good, it will pool water. My dually had the complete banks set up when I bought it. The seal was bad, but the grommet was good. I had 2" of water in the hole. My truck had a magna flow exhaust on it...

Mike, I can stop over one night after work to help with the brakes if you want. Just let me know.

Given the lowered, fart canned, flat black Civics w/ historic I pass on 795 everyday....I still don't think they are enforcing the law much. I drove from the mitten state with historic tags. Given the fact it was a complete restore I would not bother you even towing a trailer.

    Project Big Red

Get historic tags and run it a bit then flip to regular truck plates after you know it is good. No inspect required. Not like it is your dd. I know somebody who went that route.... .

So what did you do with your truck today?

Sadly I just looked at mine! New student orientation at Millersville University all day Saturday with Doug (the ex actually came this time) My new GPC showed up this weekend so I will try to get to it after work one evening.

    IDI vs PSD

Switch was mid '94. PSD was only available from the factory with a gear rower, no slush box that year.

    2017 Oilburners Rally

That rally cost me a fortune! Lost a wheel on the 5r on the way down and dropped a valve on the way home. Last year was my first since the one you and Eric hosted. I showed up in a rented E350 class c with a V10 gas motor and a Hyundai Elantra. No regrets though. As BJ said, the friendship is...

Not a hateful distance away. Once the weather breaks, we try to do some "mini meets". Jimmy Cone in Mt. Airy is a popular one.

    Wrecked my truck today :(

Commercial (assuming you had one) policies get tricky. Even though technically my 6X12 enclosed was covered when attached to the truck, she had her own policy along with the tools inside. I paid for it, but my business was insured pretty damn good for everything from accidents, theft, liability...

Yes! Erica was standing by the driver's door as she idled and said "What are all those wires hanging down?" Umm.. Remnants of a alarm system, brake controller and a gauge set that was installed, removed and installed again! The brake controller and alarm are the ones I am worried about. I see...

She lives!!!!!! Plugged her in late last night. Got back to her this afternoon, barred over by hand, installed two freshly charged batteries and hit the starter a few times with no GP's. Installed new Beru's, crossed my fingers and turned the key. Needless to say she smoked and stumbled from...

No. I'll just say "Life happened". Maybe this week via flood lights.

Might come to that. PO had some 1990's alarm system, Darrin pulled the Banks gauge cluster and then reinstalled it when I bought the truck plus the brake controller. It is a mess under the column.

3/4 of a complete rotation last night and another soaking. Tonight, I easily got 4 full rotations!:) (Not using a breaker bar, just a ratchet handle with a 6" piece of pipe on the handle. she did puke up some of the mix and/or water through the gp hole and intake. I cleaned that up and this...
