    I don't mean to offend but I have an acronym that I use frequently RTFM! Jebus, read the flaming manual, all of the info came in the box with the scanner.

    The book that comes with the code reader, at least to me is set up in a very confusing way. However if I take my time with it it's pretty straightforward even though you have to refer back two different places in the book. Are you using the Haynes manual or the manual that came with the code reader?

    Nope I didn't put it in. The guy that I bought it from more than likely was the one that installed it or should I say had it installed. I don't recall if there was a receipt for it in the stuff that I sent you with the other documentation. I hope you can get it welded up.

    On my 94 it was in the middle of the dash kind of behind the ashtray a little bit to the driver side. It's pretty easy to find if it works...

    Thanks for the quick reply! Yep, on my '90 I found out that it was a bad idea to turn the flashers on when towing. However, I've had occasion to use the emergency flashers on my 94 while Towing our 30 foot trailer. I didn't notice the same thing, that's why I was asking...
