    Notice it is an '86. Do you still have the water separator on it? If so, put a 3/8" bolt in the drain hose under the driver side foot board. Sounds to me like it may have some water in the fuel getting picked up. Dose the tanks with some Hot Shot Secret Extreme.

    Sounds like the shop did not use the correct puller. They may have damaged the pump installing also w/o the right tools. Dorman makes one but I don't know good it is.

    Pull interior trim out & should have nuts on the outer trim mounting posts. Be very careful not to break these

    E4OD Cooler question...

    I think runnning from tranny output to radiator input then radiator output to tranny input will keep tranny fluid at operating temp & not being too cool. Have this setup on my '86 C6.

    Intake valve stem 'umbrella' seal. New ones should be in head set gaskets or buy separate.

    More likely vacuum problem. If braking suddenly drops but comes back and then drops, check your vacuum. Tester is about $12. Should hold about 21hg

    With pump will be a gasser. You may need to pull yours for comparison. Check your VIN for build date. If late '84, 85' should fit.
