    '84 6.9 piston cooling nozzles

Most all the parts will fit in a box. Scrap the block, build the heads for later, send the cam to Russ. You may need some of those parts later. You'll be way ahead.

    Moter locked up

As long as you don't try to crank with the starter, you can probably turn that one over. If it has not been tried before. You won't bend a rod with trying to turn over by hand. Starter has so much torque!

    Moter locked up

When you pull the engine, pull off the oil pan. You will know real quick if it is a rod

    '84 6.9 piston cooling nozzles

Get a newer model block, those jets are pressed in. 85 up & up are bolted in. 84 also had a problem with block cracking at block heater mount hole

    Intermittent starter problem

This is another reason I keep an extra starter on hand. Problem with one, replace it, keep going & check out removed starter later. All after testing other parts. DB Electric has them for $50 apiece with free shipping. Keep one behind seat.

    Injector lines barely spitting fuel

Does it have the water separator on the driver's side next to the master cylinder? If so, have you pulled the ring?

    Auction find

Tanner, Alabama. Their lot is HUGE! This one possibly a hydro-locked engine looking under hood. Lots of good parts & potential for that one.

    tachometer/speedometer cable

I have only 1 cable on my 86. Did have CC but removed. I think I used original cable (before the sensor) & it fit. on edit: My speed sensor was mounted at tranny. Not like yours under hood

    Moter locked up

Safer blocking the wheels in neutral w/parking brake on & turn crank.

    911!! IDI DOWN

Try what he instructed 1st then look for another problem if it does not turn over. Could just be the starter crapped out on you. It does happen

    This kills me...80-86 dash

I installed my dash cover while dash was out. Used lots of weights on it. Fasteners are still visible as before.
  19. R

    No brakes!

Also, if your truck has Cruise Control under the hood, check the big coffee can on driver's side for leaks on the bottom mount

    This kills me...80-86 dash

LMC dash cover has worked for mine for past 10+ years. Has not come loose. I did paint it before install. Same Maroon as catbird7

    IDI OIL PRESSURE TO START

You are getting low pressure/High volume on the IDI engine. Some have added accumulator (way in the past) but you should be fine.

94 7.3l glow plug controller cover

I use a Small piece of black pipe insulation to cover mine. Original cover kept falling off.

1986 F350 IDI brake issue (among other thing but lets start with what could kill me first)

Did you replace the check valve in the booster where vacuum line connects? I don't remember if replacement boosters come with a new one.
