i guess it would depend on what grit paper you use for the amount of time it would take and how fast you can sand. also depends on how hard the primer gets when dried, some are easier to sand then others. you dont want to go too coarse on paper because it will leave marks in the paint. so yeah...

it was quite a while ago, a farmer i know i think had one or knew someone that had one and from what i remember had no bad things to say. i guess it was compared to a kubota.

Late night eh. I would take the doors off. The chance of a screw up with them on is higher for the amount of time it takes to just un bolt them and do it separate. The odd part with factory metal is it looks straight but once primed and blocked out I always get surprised of the amount of...

    19.5 wheel

As of now the the 19.5 would just be in the rear. I have 17" in the front and will be keeping them for a while. It should drive mostly the same. The truck is about 8,500 lbs so it isn't really light. I think I might go with the 265 but they seem to be harder to find so not sure yet.

    Fan clutch upgrade...

i know a machinist i can see if he is willing to make a few. would i have interest from others? would you say the best way to make them is use the shaft from an old clutch and machine the part from that? i could get a few old clutches and make a batch of bushings. i have a fan controller...

    Bent Beam 2wd Lift?

my 91 has the "do not heat, bend, weld" suggestion on it. in which i did not follow. my custom 2'' lift. alignment is spot on. i have herd of shops bending them to get proper alignment. i would not go to those shops because that is why we have adjustable caster/camber bushings.

    Fan clutch upgrade...

i think the set screw is a good idea. with no loctite the two threaded parts should come apart easy.

    Head Scratchin Electrical Issues

if it were me i would work from the column down and power each wire to see if you can make the lights work one at a time. really the only thing i can think of to help ya out.

    Head Scratchin Electrical Issues

Any chance a wire got mixed up on the plug from the column switch to the truck side? The brakes all go through that plug with the turn signal.

    Cowl hood / intake

You could do what I did but I think it's a little over the top if you don't have an IC. I don't think my engine gets wet from the rain sence it has to pass over the IC.
