    Most trucks aren't supposed to have a speedo. LOL Anyway, I bought several gears from a local performance shop and I forgot where he got them but they were from ford and only a few dollars a piece.

    Well Mike stop using the tail gate as a trampoline LOL;Poke Did it hurt the out side? A nice piece of 1/8" plate would solve that problem. Won't make the gate any lighter.

    mainly just to be obnoxious. LOL i honestly dont think any turbo diesels need a muffler. n/a is way louder but i still wouldn't use a muffler. a strait through style is the best way to go if one is needed.

    custom exhaust and no mufflers, the way they should all be. depends on the mileage on the current injectors. 10 psi is a safe number with no studs, maybe 15 psi but might be pushing it.

    we have almost the same turbo but i think i have a bigger exhaust a/r. i have a 90cc pump and its not even close to over fueling.

    if the compressor is working (sounds like it isn't) it could be a air flow problem on the condenser.

    7.3 idi knock

    looks fine to me. a weak spring wont cause a knock like that, and you would hear a chuff in the intake or exhaust. that is either fuel or something down inside.

    i have one. for some reason i have always had trouble getting it to work properly. i had a member on here give me some help and advice so it works pretty well. so mike maybe you can become a wiz at cb operation and help me out. i think rob has some knowledge on them also.
