    i dont think so. just make sure there is enough stud sticking out of the head for the nut threads to make full contact. i vaguely remember this happening on mine when i did studs. you also dont want to tighten down the studs into the block.

    yeah im probably gonna get a banks one for a PSD or something. it pulled that total weigh pretty good and i was in pretty hilly terrain. honestly could use more fuel and thats a 90cc pump and i maxed the fuel screw which wasn't much.

    yeah ive just used a wire to keep it open. if you unplug the actuator and leave the rod on that should hold it open also.

    are you getting vacuum into the cab? the line coming out from the heater core was a little crusty on mine. i also found a sticky vent door on mine. it was the one near the fuel peddle kinda to the right of it.

    How is the dp troubling you? Crank case breather is either on the front cover or the tappet cover.
