Load test the battery’s. Then check the alternator. After that it becomes a lot of chasing and looking usually. Battery’s are the most likely reason. But a weak alternator isn’t uncommon.- Crawler

I keep a spare new harness around for this reason. I have the connectors for the end of the harness as well. But by the time I charge $30+ for a connector and labor to swap the pins over, it’s almost as much as a new factory harness. I keep the plugs around in case I break a clip on one while...- Crawler

If it’s in the harness then the FICM won’t change anything. The low voltage pre FICM is not good. We’ve brought this up and it needs to be addressed. Right now you just have to chase one issue down at a time.- Crawler

If you’re like me then throwing 4 new injector in, probably isn’t a financial expenditure that you’re looking forward to. It’s very interesting that it is those 4. Could be coincidence. But those are some steep odds for those 4 to have failed at the same time. Those are all on the same driver in the FICM as stated earlier.- Crawler

Pull all the glow plugs. You’ll be testing every cylinder at some point. So you might as well pull them all. Plus this would allow the engine to spin over easier. Did you go with a DSP setup on your tune? Meaning can you change tunes via a switch? Or do you have to plug in your EFILive and load a tune? If you have a DSP setup then fleece I believe can write your tunes like you’re wanting. If you don’t have DSP then you might enquirer about upgrading to it.- Crawler

The FICM, the FICM plug, or wire harness are probably the culprit there. The FICM to injector wiring harness has two plugs on the FICM. One plug controls two enjectors on the drivers side and two injectors on the passenger side. Same for the other plug. Typically a fail on two injectors per...- Crawler

if You aren’t getting a reading on the MAF then you need to determine if it’s the PID, the sensor, the plug, or the wiring. The PID I can’t help with. I don’t use torque pro enough to determine. The sensor, the plug, and the wiring can all be checked with a multimeter.- Crawler
