I second the injection pump or injectors these engines are super finicky about pop pressures and consistency if the injection pump is not correct it will be irradic on injection pulse events and uneven injector pop pressures will cause this also. okay first off injectors it sounds to be a bit slobbery to me as if the pop pressure is low on those injectors I pop test mine every 80k or so and adjust them via shims to 1950psi 1450psi is redline on these if pop pressure is low it advances the timing if is high it retards it. as for rislone I am just replacing the lifters everything else is new in the engine so why not change it out also and I plan to drop a torgue cam in if type4 ever gets access to them again I got 2 cams ready to ship to him and cash in hand ready to go.- CBRF3
