99 + e van is rear disc, its a dana 70 axle, 8 on 6.5, track width is comparable to a stock 10.25 the spring perches are in the wrong place, as are the shock mounts. I happen to have one in the shed. had it figured out a few years back and was gonna put under my 95 or 96- Double-S-Diesel

the bench will bolt in using the outer holes, but the buckets will not fit the reg cab without drilling the inner holes- Double-S-Diesel

Im thinking the dually axle is like 4" wider, at least on a sd it is. but to find a pickup dually axle is about impossable- Double-S-Diesel

the track on the dana 60 front is wider than the 10.25 rear by 3 " thw dana 50 ttb is the same width as the 10.25. the main reason for the spacers is looks. In stock form the difference is not as noticable, but lift the truck 4" and put 35"s on the difference is noticable. the other reason...- Double-S-Diesel

John On my 96 I had some 1.5" aluyminum ones i had bought off of ebay. Forget how much, that was a while ago. had to chop the factory studs because they were too long, but the 1.5" was what was needed to be even. didnt have any problems with them coming loose. Did ok as far as towing etc.- Double-S-Diesel

lpop wont give a drivability problem, although on a mechanical gauge the pressure will be low. the stock guage is nothing more than an idiot light. what happens when the lpop goes bad is it looses its prime , but once the prime is established it pump fine here is a pict of the pump, the...- Double-S-Diesel

Ive never seen a cracked pick up tube. have you checked the oil level in the hpop resovoir, I have had a few with drain back issuse, caused by a bad low pressure pump.- Double-S-Diesel

check the 42 pin connector on the dr side of the motor, make shure the wires arent rubbed through on the valve cover- Double-S-Diesel

sounds like injectors, or you loosing fuel pressure. but when I was loosing fuel pressure I had no smoke, it just died butn I have seen cps s do wierd stuff- Double-S-Diesel
