does FORD has a dept. where to get valid techn. data which I can use for registration?

would you mind explaining that? and what do you mean by Prk? you must not forget, if I try to modify some data in the (I think you call that a "title"?) vehicule documents which is a government affaire, the first thing they say is: go to the dealer, ask them. Normally that's logic, but 1) it's...

does FORD has a dept. where to get valid techn. data which I can use for registration?

well, the offer is very tempting, but I'm afraid that such a document will not be accepted as a official writing good enough to be accepted for registration over here. I think that over here they need something as a lettre, with a letterhead, telephone number and a signature or so.

I'm gonna try to recover those pictures you posted here. and see where I can get with them. I just got a second reply from Ford, and they said that my truck wasn't from their USA account or something... BS in my opinion, because it says made in the USA on the truck!???

You have a point there, But Ford MUST know for how much weight the assembly was designed in the beginning, maybe they could say something about that?

What I think that made all these company's avoiding "old or older" trucks, Is that this implies Improper maintenance, so bigger risk that their new campers are involved with some accident? and of course the representative factor; people who buy for much money some nice camper, and imagine if...

Not me, the brakes of my truck, and trailer, yes. and I noticed many of the US trailers are electric brakes, we don't know that here, all of our (almost all) bumperpull trailers are inertia braked. but with axles and brakes that match their max. loaded weight.

Sorry to disagree with you, but as I said before, this was a ambulance, and therefore they only list the GVWR @ 11.000Lb. and that's the reason why I ask for that Ford desk.

does FORD has a dept. where to get valid techn. data which I can use for registration?

Yep, I Know, and mine is still there and readable. though it was a Air Force ambulance no tow weight was given, and now I have transformed it into a flat deck with a tow hook, I'm very interested in some official numbers from the Blue oval. I have difficulty in Imagening that that would be...

    fight corrosion and doorlocks

yes I know, if I adjust that so the rubbers are in their sweet spot, the door is coming out too far, and if I adjust it so the rubbers close off the door in the correct way, I can't get it shut anymore due to too much tension on the doorlock/catch??? And we don't have another truck from that age...
