    Unforunately I think there are significant differences between the C6/auto version and the version for the manual transmission. The Y pipe and maybe even the mount are different.

    I kept mine when I did the heads on my truck. 7.3. They looked fine, they don’t have a reputation for wearing out. New is expensive. Replacing them is not hard if they need it later.

    I had the same issue. New sensor and it is much better, but still occasionally drops to zero at idle. Sensor was whatever I found on rock auto.. not OEM, that could be the problem.

    Did some gardening. I don’t know what the hell this plant was, but haven’t liked it since I moved in here 2 years ago. The thing was spiky as hell and I didn’t want to take a chain saw to it. Figured I’d hitch it to the IDI and see what happens.

    No check valve. Do you have any fuel leaks on top of the engine? Or anywhere at all? Post pics... The return system if leaking, will leak fuel when running and then when not running will allow air back into the system, resulting in the fuel draining back into the tank and you temporarily lose...

    I’ve owned two IDI trucks and neither of them had that problem because I fixed all of the air leaks in the fuel system.
