I all ready had someone sacrifice a tool... That got the hose on a tube... Then stuffed the hose inplace of the cap... Did not think what I stuffed in the vally pan was working, but its still not adequate to pull a vacuum. 1. Just without the cap is enough to not have oil...

I am not sure if Im venting the crankcase well, need to run it with the oil cap off so dose not barf oil out seal. Not sure if its that the end need to go to a tube and not the filter, or that the fitting shoved in the vally pan is too restrictive. A oil gauge was cheaper than a sensor, that was...

I would set them hand tighten them every quater turn of the crank, and any that bottom out get tourqued. For checking it be the same ever 1/4, but watching witch dont move. I did a quick search on it for this engin and someone said 11:00... At that point I would be able to check most but...

When looking it over, found loose sensors that where leaking and chased those. Since oil was a leak, spend the day trying to stop that but new places keep popping up. I got it down to one spraying at the ballencer and getting all over the place, will clean it and see if can find it. The miss...

Ah, they do look like lug nuts tho. Not sure on that, the engine is louder than the exhaust and acks like it has a few dead cylinders. It also dose not seem to get up to the governed rpm and stumbls off idle.

Just had to loosen up the hat and remove the front bracket... So with lines out, I compared them and past me treated them like crush washers. So cleaned up the 7.3 ones to give them another shot.. Now there back on and pulled #8 for cleaning, there was a cut washer on the weeping...

Well got the caps down to one slightly weeping, also found rust on the end of some the injector lines. Even with cleaning the end of lines, some have air bubbling up when tight. So next time, will be using some these off the 6.9. The number one line is not made for the union thing, so that...

That would fit with what Im doing, but have a grid heater Im messing with. It would also fit with the thought of using a pair of these water coolers, I would have to think about it. https://www.frozenboost.com/air_water-ic/long-flow-style-water-to-air-intercooler-p-220.html

Not a bad ideal, I have to get a digital one any ways to got with my blue point pulse box. All I have is a analog matco one, that is good for cdi ignition.

For some reason the remote wire for the ip was partialy dead, so ran a new and had a go at starting again after on a charger. There is oil up to both turbos and all injectors are getting fuel, but the low mile o-rings did not like getting transfered to a new injector. So am going to have to have...

It about not having the pipes burn stuff, like all the wiring on the driver side. Can better sort all that out latter on to take the heat, but for now it needs the fastest way for it to run without damaging stuff.

I partially wraped the down pipes and may do more on the passenger one later on... Also got started on the driver side muffler pipe and did have a shot at starting, but the batterys would need a lot more charge for fast cranking.

I may have the parts to build a slush box, but swaped the f100 to a t19 instead. I like the t19 over a c6 and dont intend to switch. Its only metal and have two broken shifters too have a try at, dont intend to re-reshape the one in the f100.

@hacked89, I think you where the one that said something about lmc carpet. What about rolled up oem matt, it did not like giving at 30f out and this the best I got. That t-case shfter boot did not want to fit, it took two bent nails to get one bolt started.

The pipes got chicken pocks to stop the hose from finding its way off, I tried a line but was too much work... It went something like this, where I piked spots and someone else operated the vise. The smoke that billows up from the depths of the engine needs a place to go past the...

@ISPKI, this here show the wiring to the toasting function of the octopus. Many many hours have past getting all this sorted, also stuffed extra pigs of the oem harness into a ***. The second 2 gauge off the alternator, gose down to the battery and will show that tomorrow. Edit: what do you...

I just need to come up with a way to roll a bead on the pipes going from the turbos to the intake, there in the pile of welded parts. The tower off the intake is a carb hat I modded, to hold a grid heater and air horn off a cummins in place.
