I though about it some and may be a bit ******* this tool, but is still lesser quality chinesium. Main is issue I find is shown on the feed ramp, its too bunt to eject nails. If you dont ensure each nail ejects and dose fire a second, you get two nails jamed in the port. Can fix it by making the...

I was only supposed to have just sent the bottom row on this plate, before setting the 90 in place. That did not happen with the rivet...

I started today by covering the frame for a full send paint job on the cab... Then preped areas that patches go, inside and out... Then repeat acid/paint aplication, just cant guaranty no spots where missed. Had to get paint on before there waa rain, so there is that as a variable.

The paint on the frame came out in mostly decent shape, might hit it again in a few spots. This area was bugging me, so I did something about it... I got a pick to scrape the edges and a chisel to pop all the blisters.

Thank, and sand/media get all over the place. I dont want to strip the interea of things I dont want damaged, and then theres hoses and wires that cant get damaged on the outside. I dont have time, place or energy to rip the truck into a million pieces so can do such. Last time I ripped one...

I started today by segregating out another section to get paint... The primary section got knocked down well, with just the larged flap followed by the large drill and brush. The secondary area, just lightly touched on it to give the acid a fighting chance, Just brushing this, it only...

    Saginaw ps pump

I had links for all steel an/jic fittings, but that site is down. Ether of these fittings will work for the pump, the first would be one less fitting to deal with. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/dsr-090401ds https://www.summitracing.com/parts/icb-f06anpsm1615 This is pressure in to the...

    Saginaw ps pump

There is nothing wrong with that pump you returned. Your issue is a bolt with a stud that holds the can on the pump, you have two different ones and they will interchange without disassembling the pump. It could be a metric vs imperial treaded pump, and might not interchage.

    Saginaw ps pump

You can bend that line slightly if needed but be carfull not to crush it if you do. All the bolt hole will be the same, they may or may not give you the stud bolt on the back tho. Go ahead on a write up, my thread on the subject is a bit all over the place. One pump to rule them all I went...

    Saginaw ps pump

The saginaw pump is mostly the same through its run, only major change is in the 70s it changed from keyed to press fit pully. These pumps have a valve to control the pressure and the hydro ones had the highest setting. This valve is easy to remove, its behind the fitting for the high pressure...

So got the mount cleaned up... But when it came to color, it was a fail. I did it the same as the last bits, but the white wanted to barf at first. So have specals in the paint on the mount and a runny mess on the other parts, it was giving a thin mix by that point. There is no time to fix...

    Simple turned hard

This might help you plot out where would be best for you cut out the floor pan. This is a patch I made for the support rail on my truck, it will be one and extends past the mount for wheel tub support. It was about in this shape originally and spot welded to the mount. This is the mount...

I got 1/4in bolts for this stack of metal, since rivets for it are not viable due to thinkness and needing a slim count. Also set more holes to the size for rivets... Then made the bit for the other broken tab... Now have compleated the patch for the support rail and its all...

    Simple turned hard

The factory has it all spot welded together, you just have to find them and drill them out. That should not be hard, but is not guaranteed that the tips where misaligned. With misaligned tips, burn marks would be on eather side of the welds and found that to be a issue on mine. Say run a small...

I got the mount mostly sorted out and started by getting these four hole drilled to the needed size... Then atatched the support plate to the mount, this will ge changed to 1/4in bolts. With that in place, started drilling holes... At some point the step bit will do no more, then is...

Im trying it a little different this round. So this round, I will be seeing if rivet holes will stay in the same place. So that means pre drilling all the holes for the rivets, #10 screews aid in that since the same size as 3/16 rivets. The mount was all ready done that way and this is finising...
