    parallel turbos

I made the lower support for the radiator, had to force it to be true. @ISPKI, The reason I dont think there will be a issue with air flow is the dual SHO fans. One did good on the brass radiator and almost never switched to high, with the aluminum one it would switch on a hot day. Since...

    parallel turbos

I got the lower mounts installed... This sets the intercooling in a deceant place... So have know area to cut further now... All ducks are in a row, so the ac core can get put in place. I dont remeber the original r12 core being as small as this r134 one... Ether way time...

    parallel turbos

Time has come to dig out the intercooler and re-re-fit it, to the core support... From the out side, it looks good and past cuts did not need much touch up... On the inside there is a little bit more that needs cut, and yes I had to cut the newish radiator.

I have the heart ready to be pulled for transplant, need to wait on another hand. With this manifold out it made starter removal easy... And same on this side to get the cooler out.

    Parts becoming obsolete

Before I make my run on the interstate in a vehical of unknow state, I will run back roads a few times to test it. When I ran back roads with snow white, I found the vaccum pump to be a issue. I put the serpentine belt setup on her with a custom saginaw pump install for the hydroboost. Well the...

    kubota d1105 looses prime running

I did drain the tank some weeks back and this is some of what came out it. After cleaning the tank, it will run till the tank is empty sitting. So I had them use the machine near where it sits, it gave no issue being ran for about a hour. So tanks for the help given. This is the old fuel...

So what did you do with your truck today?

Thanks and good catch, you cant find the weak point without trying. Still need to find a tackle block rated for at least 750lb, so the cable dose not drag on a shap edge. I put added support on the underside as well.

    Three legged animal...

I started by getting the rowdy dump pipe out the way... This made it easy for me to get up here with the saw, and still beat up my knuckles... The primary issue with using a saw is rubber, it dampens motion and heats up the blade. Had to dice up the rubber a bit, so that can cut the...

    Three legged animal...

This round starts by fixing this gap, that the corner one did not pull tight... So got them drilled out and corner bolt added, only the corner one was found to have a gap issue. So rivets back in... But the holes are now too big for the rivets... So a 1/4in bolt to fix the...

    Crawl mode lock out

and a e40d... I dug around seeing if can find any clues and found this, there is not a lot on the 1345 over the 1356 that seem to be more common. I found that there was two differrent adaptors used and I have the misfortune of having the first one. adaptor 13-01-066-902 adaptor 1301-566-010

    Crawl mode lock out

Was needing a usable shifter for the bw 1345 that came with the t19 and this caught my eye. This would moves like a normal shifter, over the weight check of the aluminum ones. This is the one that came with it... I had to poke a hole for it and this one is in better placement with the...

Another lift pump lets me down.

That is partly way the return on my 6.9 is the same size as the feed and way there is a cross for the caps to drain to tank, -05 hose is not a option. I dont have a issue with my caps being a snake but that is how the hoses wanted to be losse fit when I did it 10 years ago, and when I got it...
