    Stuck throw out bearing or trashed clutch would be my guesses. Leaning more towards stuck throw out bearing. I believe the t 19 was equipped with a greasable throw out bearing. Do the hydraulics feel fine on the clutch pedal?

    When I swapped for the serpentine I just removed the bracket from it as well as the pulley.

    As far as the serp setup... Why not? A touch easier to mess with. And as far as swapping from r12 to 134a nothing needs swapped. Just the retrofit adapters fir the high and low side and have a shop vaccume the system down and do a thorough flush. Easy peasy. Just did the same to mi e and works...

    Ideally thats what I would like to do anyway but with all the turbo rods and pistons just for the bigver rods and wristpins, but not sure how much it would cost to balance a whole rotating assymbly. And dont have alot of coin to work with.

    Currently rebuilding a 1993 idit block. I have found deep scarring on the crankshaft rod throws. Dumb question being, I have a crank for an na block in great shape. Can I use it in the idit? Or is there some balancing issues other than the harmonic balancer?

    Ive had a luk in my 85 since 2014. Went through more engines than I have the clutch. 3 to be exact. Daily driven as well as a regular hauler throughout the weekdays. Wonder what is wrong with the ones your getting? Southbend is a wonderful option IMO as well if your having bad luck with luk
