    I am curious why you want the stock air cleaner assembly? I absolutely love my R&D Cold air intake for exactly that reason. It opens up the engine bay so much. 3 clamps and its out of the way. That was the whole reason I got the cai not just the whistley noises, thought they are nice!

    @Pork_Chop50 I would go with the 110. Simply because why not have more fuel? I will basically be trying out that setup eventually. But the one person i know who is running that setup now really likes it.

    I feel like if you are going for maximum performance out of the 093 I think it will gain you slightly, I also think it will lower egts do to more available volume for it to flow out from. but I have to agree it probably is marginal.

    These are my dyno sheets from 2015 89 ford 7.3 idi zf5 4.10 285/75-16 Ats 093 wicked wheel 2 R&D 3'' Down pipe 4" exhaust Hypermax intercooler wastegated at 9.5 psi but only made 7psi on the dyno. baby moose pump @9* btdc and R&D stage 1 injectors

    Duralast clutch

    I am currently gathering parts to go together. I am going to do head studs head gaskets, oil cooler, rear main, r&d cam, water pump, and stage 2 drop in turbo. Hence why the question about the duralast clutch. I just havent pulled the engine yet as i am still waiting on parts.

    I can tell you with my crossover I ended up putting it in a vice and bending it wider by 1/2'' Center to center of the pipe in order to get it to better seal.

    7.3 IDI NA boost opinions?

    The point of a wastegate is to relieve excess pressure, and not allow it to build over a certain point. after the wastegate opens it wont build any more pressure no matter how much fuel given.

    I know several people who have gotten 20-23 psi out of a banks sidewinder system. Superheated air, but still a lot of pressure. for what its worth.

    I am also of the school of thought run normal timing, and less fueling but lots of boost. I simply disconnected my wastegate but that also is with a 093 kit. I try not to get on it too hard down low, but sometimes i just cant help myself on a nice dirt road corner. and for that and piece of mind...
